Account approval
Creating an account does not automatically unlock bidding. Rayo may request identity, business, licensing, or payment review before approving a buyer.
These public terms explain how buyer accounts, bidding, invoices, and release coordination work on the platform.
Creating an account does not automatically unlock bidding. Rayo may request identity, business, licensing, or payment review before approving a buyer.
All bids, pre-bids, and Buy Now actions are intended to be binding once accepted by the platform or seller workflow. Buyers are responsible for confirming lot details before acting.
Winning buyers must complete payment within the invoice window shown on their account. Rayo may currently coordinate payment by wire transfer or cash while manual billing is active.
Vehicles are released only after invoice requirements are satisfied. Pickup timing, release documents, and transport coordination may vary by location and account standing.
Rayo may adjust buyer requirements, fees, release rules, and operational processes as the marketplace grows. Material changes should be reflected in account messaging or updated public pages.
If a buyer needs clarification before bidding, payment, or pickup, the Rayo team should provide the controlling instructions directly through the account workflow or support contact path.
